Adriana Daiuto is a unique talent in the legal community. She worked at Demarest Advogados, one of the leading firms in Brazil from most of her career. In 2012 she came to New York City as Demarest’s resident partner responsible for the firm's New York branch and never left New York City. Adriana offers her clients a unique bicultural perspective that only living, studying and working in Latin America and the United States can offer.
Adriana’s practice is focused on real estate, commercial contracts and corporate law, advising Brazilian and international clients with an emphasis on cross-border deals. She has advised timber investors, such as Resource Management Services LLC and Floresteca S.A. She also has counselled leading Brazilian corporations, such as Alsco Toalheiro Brasil Ltda., Monsanto do Brasil Ltda. and Grupo Afinidade.
Nominated by Legal 500 Brazil, as a leading professional in her field and recognized as a “Leading Individual” by Chambers Latin America in Real Estate, Adriana has co-authored books and articles on real estate, which have been published internationally.
