Dan represents businesses, entrepreneurs, artists and investors in litigation, arbitration and high-stakes negotiations.
Drawing on nearly 20 years of litigating commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country, Dan develops and executes practical, efficient and effective strategies to achieve his clients’ objectives – whether in the courtroom or across the table. Dan also serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor to startups and growth-stage private companies in the technology, media, music, consumer products and healthcare industries.
Dan has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in multiple states, is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, and was named to the Benchmark Litigation Under 40 “Hot List” every year from 2017-2020. Before joining PAG Law, Dan practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm in NYC and Miami.
Committed to building a better Miami for everyone, Dan serves as outside general counsel and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Miami Music Project, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children from Miami’s most under-resourced communities through the uncommonly impactful instrument of music.
