With over 20 years of experience representing commercial banks and lenders in loan originations, Gentle's practice includes loan workouts, restructuring and foreclosures, some of which have involved complex litigation and bankruptcy elements. He regularly advises ultra-high net worth clients in large commercial purchases and sales transactions in the South Florida area.
Gentle holds a dual degree in Chemistry and History from Duke University and attended Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and has several affiliations with other legal organizations.
