Peter is a Founding Partner of PAG Law and Managing Partner of the New York office. He also has extensive experience counseling technology startup companies and their founders on growing and scaling their businesses in the U.S., Latin America and globally, including closing venture financing rounds, from seed stage to unicorn rounds and exits. He has counseled a wide range of emerging growth companies, including fintechs, healthtechs and biotechs, agtechs, proptechs, e-commerce, SAAS, digital asset and sustainability tech companies regarding international corporate matters, including international corporate restructurings or “flips”, investment into the U.S. and venture capital and growth equity financings. Among recent highlights, Peter advised on a $500 million growth equity financing for a Brazilian e-commerce company which was the second-largest venture capital financing in Latin America in 2021 and a U.S.-based global EV and green-powered solutions company on an estimated $2 billion business combination with a SPAC in 2023 which is expected to be listed on NASDAQ in 2024.
