Elias, will be joining the firm's Miami office as a Partner as of September 1, 2022. He will be focused exclusively on US legal issues as he supports the Firm's entrepreneurial clients grow and scale outside of their home country.
Esteban holds an International Finance and Corporate Master's in Laws (LL.M.) from the American University Washington College of Law. In July of 2001 he became New York admitted and during the years that followed, he worked with Piper Rudnick LLP in Washington, D.C. Esteban regularly advises venture backed companies and cross-border founders and is considered one of the leading venture capital attorneys in the Souther Cone.
Esteban is currently admitted in New York and Chile and has a pending admission in the District of Columbia. He has recently been authorized by the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to take the Florida Bar. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
