He counsels clients through M&A and financing transactions, and has a variety of corporate and litigation experience, including drafting and enforcing employment agreements, entity formations, share buyback settlements and compliance with SEC regulations. He provides efficient solutions which allow clients to focus on fulfilling their business goals.
Tony is a former high school basketball coach and has always enjoyed using basketball to connect with his local community. He has worked with multiple basketball focused non-profits in Miami, and organized a free basketball clinic in his home state of Connecticut, where 55 boys and girls received individualized instruction from college coaches and players.
